Interview
Got a call from Unit Director to schedule an interview 2wks in advance. Met with panel of 7 people (clinical director, unit manager, 3 night RN, 2 day RN). Yes, it was intimidating and I was SO nervous. But they were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable enough not to fumble over my words lol. Interview lasted 45mins for me!

Quite intimidating of an experience. HR called three days before for panel interview, and managed to make it with minor studying for the experience. I love that I got the experience, but it was quite hectic.
