After the resume drop, my interview was on campus through my university's career center. It was a basic behavioral interview with a few standard behavioral questions but my interviewer also asked why I was interested in applying to Higher Ed. Knowing more specifically about the service area you are interview for is crucial. I did not receive an invitation to come back for a second round the next day.
