I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The process although it took a good amount of time, was very positive and I had a great interaction with everyone i came in contact with.
After applying I received an email for a phone screen with a recruiter, then you take an excel test that tests your skill level of excel. Next, is a phone interview with an associate, then a video case interview with a manager. The next interview is a video interview with a manager then finally a peer interview some some members of the team.
I felt fully prepared for the interviews because most of the questions posed are listed here on glassdoor. many behavioral/personality questions. The case interview was not very difficult, have a general knowledge but you dont have to be too technical. I am happy to accept an offer with this company because of how personable and friendly everyone I have come into contact with has been.
