Applied via campus recruiting. There were three rounds:
1) First round behavioral: fairly standard, 45 minutes with a director. He was super nice and engaged. Typical behavioral questions (find them on glassdoor!) + some assessment on skill (how well do you know excel on a scale of 1-10?). Make sure you’re engaging and connect with the interviewer.
2) Case interviewer, 45 minutes. Interviewer led, pretty straightforward case on a dialysis unit in a hospital. Make sure to be clear, confident, and able to justify your reasoning for each step. Small quantitative section at the end - can use a calculator for this.
3) On site interview in their office, two interviews, 45 minutes each. You interview with senior people, associate level and up. I started the day with an hour long analyst panel and breakfast where they answer any questions about the role you have. Also got to meet the CFO! The interviews were really relaxed and fit-oriented; one focused on the role, and the other on the values. Know Huron’s values and be able to talk about your experiences in alignment with them. To be honest, the role-oriented one was a bit challenging for me, but I think that was due to the (lack of) chemistry I had with the interviewer. Be sure to know why consulting, what the role would possibly entail, and why Huron specifically.
Interviewed on a Friday, got my offer a few days later!
