I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group in Sep 2012
Interview
I started the hiring process as a referral. They reviewed my resume and asked me to do a phone interview, which was behaviorally based. The person that interviewed me via phone was from HR, and the questions were fairly generic behavioral ones. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. The next round was the case question and more behavioral.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The 2 behavioral interviews were a little hard, because the questions/my answers seemed a little redundant. One question threw me a little - "What was a deadline you failed to meet, and how did you go about it?"
The case question was easy - had to calculate days in A/R, and talk about process flow improvement for a busy ER.

Interview
Campus recruiting; Recruiter interviewer and one super day that consisted of 3 separate interviews, one of which included a case (healthcare specific). The recruiter was very responsive to all questions and they offered a webinar for preparation. Offer was delivered through a phone call, promptly after the super day

Interview
3 rounds. Telephone screen with HR, then 2 rounds of interviews. First round is case based, 2nd round has a case and then behavioural questions with separate interviewers. Cases are 30 minutes and relatively easy if you've done your prep.

Question 1
A case based on operational cost savings and to calculate the gain in revenue

Interview
4 rounds, 1 recruiter, 1 case interview, 2 back to back with upper management. Case interview was relatively easy, nothing like MBB. 2 back to back with upper managment was a superday and they grill you on behaviorals, company values, things like that.
