I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group in Apr 2022
Interview
Conversation with recruiter, then case interview, then 2 behavioral interviews. They were quick to respond in between interviews (letting you know if you were moved forward or not), but not so quick with letting you know the final decision. Took a lot of emails and being annoying to pry out of them what their final decision on me was…they really dropped off with being good communicators at the end.
They do provide feedback if they’re not going to give you an offer, which is great. However, it would’ve been nice to receive an email letting me know this first. Getting a phone call just to be told I didn’t get the role really shot my hopes up, then brought them down hard.
Overall, a decent experience. They get right to the point with the interviews. Just expect to wait quite a bit of time after your final round.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group in Jun 2024
Interview
It was a seamless process. Very communicative and the people were great. 5 rounds: recruiter call, case study, peer, skills, critical thinking. Asked typical interview questions, use STAR method to answer. Case study was 45 min and interviewer led, pretty straighforward.
