1st round- Behavioral Interview with a manager 2nd round- Peer Interview (3 peers, conversation based) 3rd round- Behavior interview with a Senior Director Each round everyone was extremely positive and kind. The interview process took about 6 weeks from first interview to receiving an offer. This was the 4th position I interviewed for with Huron. In total I invested a year of time interviewing with this company looking for the right fit. The interview process is lengthy, but I feel because the whole process is strenuous that Huron has invested time in me and hopefully will be a great fit for years to come.
