There is an online screening interview that lasts about 25mins. The interview is basically split between some time to read to min, 1 min and then another minute to answer. You have to talk the camera and pay full attention, otherwise it seems like you are ready answers

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Husky Energy
Interview
It was an online interview, asked questions and had a couple minutes to respond. I then had to wait a few weeks, and got a call that one of the team leads liked my interview and was interested in hiring me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Husky Energy (Calgary, AB) in Nov 2019
Interview
This was PRIOR to the COVID restrictions:
The first was an online one-way interview which was annoying, to say the least. They asked easy questions like what I knew about the company, etc. etc... I felt that this part didn't really help me show who I am and what my qualifications are to the recruiters. It felt shallow and similar to an acting contest on who could read a script more naturally.
Second was a very short phone interview(?), very casual and I am conflicted on even calling it an interview. They quickly asked some background info to determine if I was eligible for the contest.
Third was a normal in-person interview. This was the best and most 'regular' part of the process. They asked me some behavioral questions, followed by a hypothetical scenario (related to role), and then asked about a couple points on my resume.
I did not make it to the next phase/get an offer.
