They were advertising the need for help, I walked in and applied. Had one interview and was hired. Started 3 days later. Trained me well for the first 2 weeks. Trained me well for the rest of job.

Question 1
It was the easiest interview I ever had. Consisted mostly of the manager telling me what the job was like.
Interview was in person. I was asked to go there in person after getting refereed by an employee. It was a simple interview and they focus hard on availability. They usually ask simple questions. Interviews are usually 15-20 minutes long.
There were not a lot of questions. Just normal interview process. I got to know them through a family friend. I went directly for the interview and got the job on site. I started working the other day
