Interview was with a male chemist and a female chemical technologist, with the potential for a third interviewer to phone in during the interview. Interview began with chemist asking what my hobbies were. The other interviewer had a booklet with questions, from which only one was asked. During interview I was told that I could not get pregnant while working in the role due to the exposure to VOC’s, and that I could not have gel nails. The question period was brief, followed by a tour of the emulsions lab.
