Got the job interview through my college. Started with a group interview with two workers followed by an interview with two others a few days later. Both were standard interview questions based on experience and behavior.
Good interview with 3 people. Cross examined for overall fit within the company. Interested in team cohesion. Overall great company to work for and the team dynamics are great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Simple but drawn out.
The structure of the interview was poor. Not much planning and ten questions seemed very general.
Probably wouldn’t bother applying here again. The process is too slow.
