Interview
The interview process is fairly easy and simple. They ask you very basic questions regarding your skill sets and your previous experience. Questions such as "have you handled a cash register before"
Basic customer service questions: how do you deal with customers/people, why are you applying for this position, what is a time you dealt with a difficult person, etc? It is designed to get an idea of how you deal with people and how good you respond to pressure.

I drop off my resume at store, and then the manager called me and asked me if I am still interested in the position I applied for, I said yes, and he gave an interview.
