I was referred by a friend and contacted by a recruiter to set up a call. After the call with the recruiter, I had another phone interview with the VP of Sales. Following the second call, I was asked to come for an on-site. The on-site was 4 hours and I met with 4 different people: the VP of Sales, head of product, member of the sales team and a sales engineer. I also had to give a 45 minute mock pitch about why a company (that I chose) should use Hustle. After the pitch, the team gave feedback which was helpful. I didn’t end up getting the offer and wish the recruiter or hiring manager provided more feedback as to why.
