This was a simple get to know your personality kind of interview. After a few personality questions then they are interested in knowing what you would like to do there.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hy-Vee (Omaha, NE) in May 2012
Interview
Several people were interviewed back to back. We waited our turn and had a meeting with one of the general managers in a private office. It was formal in setting, but casual in topics. Most of the people being interviewed were other high school students. We had a brief (10-15) minute conversation with the manager about what we were studying in school, our hobbies, why we wanted the job, why we think we'd be good at it.
everyone was very nice and helpful. got a call back the next morning from applying. simple questions were asked, and no interruptions to the interview. you stop by cs to ask for the interviewer.
If you get an interview they’re pretty much going to hire you. They ask very easy questions and you have to do a drug test. You fill out the hiring paperwork on the spot.
