Interview
Via Skype as the process took place while I was living in a different country. First I met the Training Manager who was an amazing person and had a long experience within the company. My next interview was with the HR Director, who was hired from a completely different industry but had an interesting and new view of the business. Next was the Hotel Manager with whom I clicked instantly, and the interview was more like a friendly conversation than a proper business meeting. And finally got to talk with the GM, a perfect gentleman and with a long and vast experience within the company and the business. The whole process was very smooth, friendly and respectful but did not make me less anxious for it was a great opportunity.
