It was one interview. They tested me on my wine knowledge and asked about my experience serving. As well as what i would do in different situations. I was asked about different cuts of steak as well and tested on my knowledge of allergies.
It was kind of long and you meet all those applying for the same position. It starts as a group interview then solo interview. Once you’re hired You then go to the dining place and have lunch and get a tour of the whole building

Interview
First you I did the interview through HireVue and then I did the personal interview. HireVue can be very uncomfortable, but meeting the staff at Hyatt was very nice, everyone was smiling and happy. It gave me the impression that everyone enjoyed working there.
