3 staged interview process: first met with HR Manager followed by Director of Sales, lastly with General Manager. (all one on one interviews) Fairly straight forward process with standard interview questions about yourself and past work experience. No situational interview questions. (at least not in my experience.)
Asking simple questions to know me and about my past experiences and wanted to know why I would like to do this job. Process was smooth and they were friendly
