Applied online, received a call from HR to setup a phone acreen with Sr engineer. I was asked scenario questions and few technical questions which I answered 100% correcrly 3 days after the phone interview I was contacted by HR that Im not a right fit for this role... I have 8 years of experience in information security and I currently hold a info sec job with fortunate 100. Overall experience: Chicago Hyatt information Security engineer who interviewed me had very little knowledge about info sec.. It seemed like she already made up her mind about not hiring me. Loved their entire process! Everything flowed quite seamlessly and I loved everyone I met with on the team. I had two phone interviews, one HR and one technical. I was then brought in to meet the team as well as the hiring manager.
