Management was very quick to get back to me and set up an interview. Within a week I had an interview, and within another week, I got the job. Also, after 2 months, the food and beverage coordinator moved back to her hometown and I was offered the position so there is a lot of room from growth.

You will have a phone call with a recruiter possibility who will ask you a few questions about your experience in other service jobs like describe a time you had a problem at work and how you handled it, etc and tell them about you and then you’ll have an interview with 1-2 managers. They pull up your resume and ask you questions about why you want to work there and your ideal work environment and how your experience translates etc and tell them about yourself. They’re really kind and not too threatening

the interview was very easy. They made me feel confortable and it passed really quickly.I felt a little bit unconfortable and worried in the very beggining but after that i forgot. There were 5 candidates about the job and only 2 were offered.
