It was a comfortable, friendly process. The interview was laid back. More of a relaxing environment. Was interview by the director and then by what would be my managers. Some questions were situational. They are really picking your brain to see if you are passionate and competent and obviously if you would be a good fit with the team.

First had a screening with HR over the phone. Interviewed with Director of Events and Associate Director of Events - had the option to do it in person or over a video call. Following the 2nd interview, they requested I do a competency quiz that I had (I think) about 2 hours to complete. Basic questions on what you would do in X scenario in the events world.
