Phone interview followed by an in person interview. This was after completing the application online. The entire process was very smooth and comforting. I was interviewed by the general manager and the director of sales in person. I had my phone interview with the area vice president of sales.

Tell me how you would gain more business in our markets?
Easy, basic questions, did not dig more than expected. Usually hospitality related interview. No hr screening was done prior. Everything was online. Negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract.
Interviewed and seemed really excited about me. But then said that I didn’t bring clients in and that I didn’t deserve 60k plus for salary. Said I lied about salary expectations but I never gave one
