Waste of time with irrelevant questions. The people conducting the interview were not a part of the HR or management, but employees. They repeated 15x that they are sharing tips and not stealing from colleagues. When someone is eager on enhancing something, the first thought is that they are doing that thing. It is a basic psychology fact.

The interview process was easy. Talk to the manager for about half hour and answered any questioned and concerns he had about how would fit in with the company. He also asked about my experience in customer service. He also reviewed what task I would have to preform and if I was comfortable with that.
