I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hydrite (Brookfield, WI) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was solid. I meet my superiors, and immediately started to build a relationship with them, talking both about work and my life in general. It was extremely beneficial to do this and build up a comfort level. We each laid out our expectations of the position. Overall the interview process was great.

I was asked about my abilities in general and my career path.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hydrite in Nov 2024
Interview
A short phone interview with the recruiter was the first round of interviews. A second interview on Teams, which was relaxed but longer. The second interview felt a little jumbled, but I believe this was due to multiple people interviewing me and talking amongst themselves brainstorming internship project. Overall, fairly easy and respectful. No complaints.

Question 1
Asked about experience, college extracurriculars, a little about myself. Nothing out of the ordinary that was unexpected.
