I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hydrite (Waterloo, IA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The first step was a 30 minute phone interview with two people in the company. This was followed by an in-person interview, which took almost two hours. This includes the tour that was given at the end. All of the employees were friendly and the interview process was very professional. The offer was given at the beginning of the following week.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hydrite (Lubbock, TX)
Interview
Very friendly, pleasant process. Not once did I feel intimated at all. The phone interview lasted about an hour. I was well informed via email about the upcoming face to face interview. A re-schedule had to be made, and was very well informed about it. I genuinely appreciated the courtesy I received during the phone and personal interviews.
