Like a few of the other candidates here, my interview process started off great. I was excited to make it through 4 rounds of interviews - I felt like each conversation went well, and I was enthusiastic about the role and company until I was ghosted. I tried reaching out to 2 different people at the company on 3 separate occasions over the course of a couple weeks and just got no response. After making it this far in the interview process, I was really shocked and found it really disappointing and unprofessional.

Process took about 3 weeks, with 4 interviews. First with recruiter which was a great experience they were very friendly and informative. Second was with hiring manager. After this round I was sent a practical question to gauge skills and then met with 2 additional team members. After the final round I was just.....ghosted. Over a week went by with no word from anyone. It became clear that I didn't get it, or at best was a backup candidate.
