Great experience, recruiters and managers are smart and friendly.
They know very well the market where they operate and the solutions of the competitors. They are good listener and it is easy to establish a conversation.

What is your possible business plan for this position?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hyland (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2026
Interview
I interviewed for an Account Executive position at Hyland and had a generally positive experience during the interview process itself. The conversation went well, and I was told by Anna that I would be moving on to the next round.
After a couple of weeks without an update, I followed up and was told he had been out of town and would get back to me. After that, I did not receive any further communication regarding the status of my candidacy or whether the next round of interviews would take place.
While I appreciated the initial interaction and interest in my background, the lack of follow-up or closure left the process feeling incomplete and unclear. A simple final update would have gone a long way in maintaining a positive candidate experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Hyland (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process took months. I applied through an internal referral in fact I was recommended by several people I had worked before in similar capacities for years. The first interview was with an internal recruiter, it went very well (I was more than qualified), second and third was with the hiring manager. then weeks went by...the 4th interview was a presentation to about 5 people including management who asked questions in response to my answers to other questions...he was trying to trip me up and see how I would react which is fine, I get it. Then was told the presentation was excellent and later was told internally that I impressed them and that it seemed to be in the bag. Even the current person leaving that position was pulling for me. Then came the silence. no answer from the hiring manager, just so ridiculous to do this to a candidate and waste their time. A simple acknowledgement and eta would have suffice but little did I know what was coming. Then after 5 attempts to get follow-up answers from the recruiter, I suddenly get a call that they are working on this and will get back to me within the week.. a couple of more weeks passed and once again silence. I had moved on, but later I get an email that it was on hold due to covid. A few months later I found out from the internal people I knew there that the position was filled and the person. Never heard back after that. So thats my interview experience, I hope yours is better.
