Interview
They bring you in and you have your standard interview with the recruiter, asking questions about your employment history, experience, education , etc.. You are then taken by another person where you are given a technical assessment, they sit you down on the other side of the table with a laptop and ask you do do things on it (open a command prompt, etc...). After that you interview with a manager(s) and/or team lead where they ask you more questions about your background. After about 2+ hours, you then meet with the recruiter again and then go over any questions and then leave and wait for the call with the offer or that dreaded denial letter.

Interview
I first got a phone screen from a Hyland recruiter. After which, I got another phone interview with the R&D manager. After successfully completing those two interviews, I was invited for an in-person interview with both the R&D Manager and Technical Architect.

Interview
I got to know that my profile wasn't considered at all after:
- I called the recruiter
- Told them what position I applied for
- Get told "Oh, you didn't clear the Hackerrank"
- Receive an email 10 mins later about getting rejected
Of course it would be okay IF IT DIDN'T TAKE AN ENTIRE MONTH. No email, no phonecall, zero, zilch, nada until I called them. Excellent waste of time.

Interview
I applied through linkedin. The HR team called me within one week. I went for written exam. Then after some day i got call for 1st Technical round in which they asked about selenium, java, Manual testing,SQL. I got call for managerial round and on that I was asked about basic flow, some tets cases, selenium related question and some HR related question. After one week , HR called me for Last round i.e. salary discussion. I got selected finally.
