There were too many questions about their softwares that they use. Since I had never used them I had no answer. I did tell them I had used competitors software to the ones they were talking about, but they were uninterested.

Applied online. I got a call the next week and scheduled a face to face interview in Westlake. They had me take a technical test and then I interviewed with HR and the hiring manager, it took a couple hours. Two days later they called to move to the next step of a background check.
