Interview
First I was called for a phone interview. It was a little more relaxed and feeling out if we'd be a good fit. Then I was called in for an in-person interview. It was longer and more in-depth had me speak with several department heads. There we were able to get a better feel for how we'd work together and what the day-to-day would be like.

Interview
I got to know that my profile wasn't considered at all after:
- I called the recruiter
- Told them what position I applied for
- Get told "Oh, you didn't clear the Hackerrank"
- Receive an email 10 mins later about getting rejected
Of course it would be okay IF IT DIDN'T TAKE AN ENTIRE MONTH. No email, no phonecall, zero, zilch, nada until I called them. Excellent waste of time.
