The recruiter will stop responding to you. You could email the recruiter for weeks with no responses. So either the recruiter is incredibly unprofessional (which is a reflection of the tone at the top) or the recruiter has resource constraints and can’t get through their work, which if a reflection on the lack of investment the company places in staffing their company appropriately.
