I got interviewed by HR, renewal manager and head of global renewal in the USA everything pointed me as the ideal candidate, as I have years of experience on this position, the final interview was a informal chat with 2 of the team members to ask about the job and work flow. I was rejected as the team members reported little things that let me not to be hired. Very disappointed the made a decision from team member’s comments
