Applied online 5/4/2015. Received an email 10 days later to schedule a phone screen. The call was with the department manager, lasted about 30 minutes and was pretty basic. Was invited to interview in person a little over a week later. I first met with a recruiter for another 30 minute interview. Again, very basic questions (some questions were even a repeat of what I was asked over the phone). Then I met with 2 managers in the department for an hour interview. Questions were more detailed but again were all behavior based.
The process was long, but I have no real complaints. Communication could be improved. At certain points in the process I felt as though I was being ignored or given purposely vague information.
