Interview
I have had nothing but difficult times applying for this Company. Last year I applied for a job which took 2 months to go through the process. The Hiring Manager wasn't even available, and I had to talk to some random employee who was not an interviewer (we ended up talking about the weather for 20 minutes). This time around I thought I would apply again to a different position a year later. Heard back next day I applied and completed a phone screening.... which went okay. Post phone screening, a coordinator reached out to me to schedule a interview for the following week. After preparing for the interview, I hear back from the recruiter saying that they won't be conducting any interviews for this position as the company is moving in a different direction with the role! The day before! If you aren't sure you want a role in your company, why even post it? Very bad communication, poor management, total waste of time. Do not recommend for applying as an intern, Total waste of time!
It was very chill, talked with some recruiters for about an hour and they gave me some scenarios to talk through and see how I think. Afterwards, I heard back in probably a month.
