Question 1
Tell me about your experience in Sales. What would you do in your first 3 months when you have a quota to ensure you are on track to hit goal(s)?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Singapore) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview process was a 'discovery' processes. Its systematic and a little lengthy as there is time difference between Cleveland and Singapore. Each stage of the interview were explained clearly by the respective HR personnel, Christie, Rebecca and Meghan. I like to suggest that a one pager of the hiring and interview process flow be given to the selected candidate to help guide them in better understanding the purpose of each stages. Overall, I enjoyed the interview session with the HR Executives and both the senior managers.
