Hyland Quality Assurance interview questions

The interview process begins with an out-of-the-box online application. After submitting the application, they may call you in for an interview that consists of three parts. The first part is an interview with (two, in my case) people from the department in which you would be working. It is laid back and conversational. Then, you are escorted to a room where you will take a test on paper. The test seems to gauge your critical thinking skills and the way you analyze break down problems. finally, you have a quick wrap-up interview with an HR worker.

I was a one day process that lasted about 2 hours. It was a typical behavioral HR portion, technical portion and testing portion. I have been there so long I honestly can't even remember any more details about the interview process. I only really remember that it was not that difficult.
