The process can generally move pretty quickly. Once you apply, a Recruiter reviews the resume and then will schedule a phone screen if your background is a fit. From that phone screen, they will submit your information to a Hiring Manager for review. Typically if a Hiring Manager moves forward with an interview, it is only one or two interviews until they make a hiring decision.
