Applied through LinkedIn for the position of Bilingual Support Specialist in Austin, Texas. I got an email from a recruiter in Canada that set up a phone interview first. The phone interview was easy they confirm your experience and ask easy questions. After the phone interview I was selected to have a in-person interview at the facility with the general manager and supervisor. This is where it get tough. I was bombarded with at least 10-15 situational questions. Note: that for this interview I did prepare for but even then the overwhelming amount of questions asked were pretty intense. I was not expecting many. In the end I was not offered a job. I hope this helps to anyone in pursue of this job.
Advice: Prepare vigorously!!
