After applied HR call to me to arrange interview for next day (Thursday). Spent almost 3 hours with the Mainland Chinese hiring manager . In the end she mentioned she want to hire me on the sport but due to too suddenly I told her I need some time for consider it and she also agree it . Only after just past weekend Monday I call to their HR to inform I would like to accept this offer but HR just told me their already fulfilled this position with other candidate . I can say I will totally put big red flag for this company seem this company totally no standard hiring process and the hiring manager never keep promise . Based on the conversation with hiring manager I now only know they only want someone immediately to replace their old staffs due she dint like her .
