It's a quite long process, which has 5 rounds. Firstly, they have shortlisted candidates based on JEE main, JEE advanced qualified students and those who secured good ranks in EAMCET, a state level exam. Around 230 students are shortlisted. The online test based on individual stream is conducted which comprises of 60 questions, testing both aptitude and technical knowledge. After this, around 80 students are shortlisted. There are two technical rounds at the campus itself, called as L1 and L2 rounds. L1 round is conducted in the evening and trust me guys, it is the longest one. They are interviewing each candidate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Then came my round which took around 45 minutes. The interviewer asked about various aspects in IT field such as Software Engineering, Data structures, and C language. After the L1 interview, the results are announced. Around 40 students are short listed. Then they said they will conduct further rounds after a few days within the campus itself. After 2 weeks a psychometric test is conducted followed by L2 interview. This is the second technical interview and it took around an hour minimum. They have all the mark sheets and resume with them. They even have the rough paper which was used in L1 interview. Each interviewer is assessing the candidate in which area he/she is strong. This time the interviewer concentrated on the area which was assessed by L1 interviewer. Just be perfect with a good academic project. Only those helped me most in the interview. After L2 interview around 15 students are shortlisted. Then, they announced the further rounds are conducted at MTCI, Hyderabad. They told us to prepare a Topic/ Project from our academic syllabus for presentation at the office before MD. After 1 month they called us to Hyderabad. It took a whole day for the interview. We have arrived at the office by 9 AM. A short interview was conducted with the manager before a presentation with MD. After the lunch, we were told to give the presentation in separate conference rooms. After the presentation, HR said they will contact later about the results. Finally, 7 members are selected from my college and around 80 all over India.
