Everyone including other managers were very friendly and the feedback was that everyone liked me...then they said no. Recruiter had said the Korean manager wanted someone not afraid to say 'no' to staff or suppliers.

Interview
It went really well. Started on time, was interviewed by the head of HR and the COO. A lot of focus on inventory management as well as personnel coordination. It lasted around 45 minutes and was given the chance to ask my own questions.
