The people in the company are all really nice. An interview with the HR and the hiring manage. Nice people and simple questions. The technical test is too simple so it cannot differenciate people.

Applied for the position online. HR contacted me to set up a phone screening. The usual stuff at screening, 'tell me about a time.......' The on-site interview took a few weeks to set up. Even then, the hiring manager was not prepared for the interview and had not reviewed my resume.
