I applied through my school's recruitment website by just submitting a resume. From there they invited me to interview with them when they came to campus. They were there for one day conducting a bunch of interviews for many different positions. This interview consisted of many situational questions such as how did you deal with a situation when a couple coworkers were not getting along, etc. After this interview they contacted me three weeks later inviting me to come to the company for a second interview. I got a tour of the facility first because the manager I was interviewing with was dealing with some sort of emergency. This interview was mainly just talking through my resume and a little more of getting to know me. They had more interviews a week after my interview and they said they would let me know sometime after that. It has been a week and a half since the last round of interviews and I still haven't heard anything.
