I applied online and I've had 2 in-depth phone interviews that lasted about 45 minutes each. These phone interviews were about 6 months apart for the same position (they disclosed to me they've had a hard time filling this job). I live 10 minutes from their Chicago suburban office and meet all of the qualifications for the job. However, after each long and detailed phone interview, I never heard back from them, even after following up. Since I remember how people make me feel, I will never apply to this company again and will never buy a Hyundai.
