They first made me take an assessment even before getting to talk to an actual person. Apparently I didn't pass that which is a shame because Im doing everything and more for what they were looking for in the position. They are losing out on a lot of good people and really should rethink the hiring process. Its fine to use that but you should also not dismissed people because of it.
