There was no initial phone interview, and IA brought me in for a meeting with five people. I thought it was a little bit of a waste of time for them, especially when a lot of the interview was focused on describing the job opening itself. Regardless, they were very courteous and showed me their lovely office, which looks like a wonderful place to work!
