First your application-then a typing test and a customer service test. After testing, if you passed, you were seated with someone working for an hour to get a feel for the job- Then you meet with a supervisor, they ask questions and if answered correctly, they hire or say they will call back. Unfortunately, they hired me on the spot ( I aced the tests) Hired me as a supervisor, then lost all my paperwork-very unorganized
