      I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IAC (New York, NY)

      Interview process was long and drawn out. Some inappropriate questions during the Interview process(my sexual orientatio) Had to fly to NY one 5 different occasions to interview with various department heads and assistants.
