IAR Systems Software interview questions

The process comprised two steps. The first was a motivational and technical interview with a senior engineer over MS Teams. The second step was an in-person visit to the Trumpington office site. This included a second technical interview, this time with members of the team, and a meeting with HR.

The process is very efficient and detailed at the same time. They prepared a short computer ability test for candidates regarding translation, ms office, excel function, powerpoint. The questions are not that complicated or difficult, but the time given is very short. Overall, they are nice and focus on your competence and ability.
