The most relaxed interview I have ever been in. The first 30 minutes, they talked about the job duties, the company culture, and projects they have worked on. It was a nice change from the usual interviews where they just bombard you with questions, this approach made me more comfortable because I got a better understanding of their personality and what they were looking for.
