I was hired by our office prior to the IBI acquisition, so i cannot honestly describe what an interview with IBI would be like. The interview with the original office was very laid back and more of a conversation between myself, the HR manager and one of the principals in charge
Lots of technical questions related to my portfolio around the GTA.
Multiple questions about my past employer.
After 30 min it was very friendly conversation about my hobbies.

Soon as you send your application and answer some questions, you will be able to see your progress start when you get the e-mail notice that your application is being viewed. From then on, one of the HR execs will contact you for a phone interview and then hopefully to a face to face with the local office.
